Tokenomics · Nature's Bonding Curve on Solana
The huerto manifesto
$BAJA is the falcon.
$PRESA is the harvest.
A cultural narrative that uses two proposed Solana bonding-curve tokens, a Top 10 Nido, and a rewards concept inspired by Valle de Guadalupe. This document describes intended mechanics, not verified deployment or a promise of rewards.

Nature's Bonding Curve on Solana
BajaToken is an experimental token and cultural art concept under the Esencia del Valle narrative. The system is described as two Solana bonding-curve tokens: $BAJA, the falcon that guards the huerto, and $PRESA, the harvest the huerto may distribute.
The intended launch of the $BAJA curve is October 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM in Tijuana. Proposed Top 10 Nido eligibility tracking begins the same day, and the design requires seven consecutive days of $BAJA holding before a wallet becomes eligible for $PRESA rewards.
They are not servers in a data center. They are real people from Valle de Guadalupe, preparing memorable dishes and experiences.
The project is presented for cultural, artistic and experimental purposes. Solana trading, airdrops and bonding-curve assets can nonetheless carry substantial financial and legal risk. Nothing here assures regulatory classification, profits, liquidity or project continuity.

$BAJA — The Native Token
$BAJA is the guardian of EDV's organic huertos. In the project's language it is the halcón, the falcon. In the proposed implementation, it lives exclusively on a bonding curve on Solana rather than a separately funded liquidity pool.
BUY · SOL → $BAJA
The proposed mechanism accepts SOL, mints $BAJA according to the curve and changes the marginal token price. Different entry times may encounter different prices. Price appreciation is not guaranteed.
SELL · $BAJA → SOL
Under the proposed mechanism, burning $BAJA may return SOL based on the curve and available contract reserves. The return may be less than the amount originally spent or unavailable if implementation, reserves or network conditions fail.
THE MARKET · THE CURVE
“No pool to fund. The curve IS the market” describes the project's intended architecture, not a verified claim about deployed code or execution quality. There may be fees, slippage, outages or other constraints.
Scarce at first. Pure. No artificial liquidity. Like a newly planted huerto, smelling of tomato vine at 6 AM.
This is the project's creative metaphor; the actual supply formula, reserves, fees and contract address must be independently verified before participating.

$PRESA — Your Harvest
$PRESA is described as an inflationary reward token cultivated in the huerto and distributed to qualifying Nido participants when the ecosystem and operator permit. It is not a promised income stream.
Proposed uses of $PRESA
- Burn $PRESA through a future supported process at Bajatoken.com to request a discretionary in-person gift or discount associated with the Our servers wear aprons collection.
- Obtain access, if offered, to limited art or merchandise drops.
- Hold $PRESA as a digital collectible without any promised value or return.
The original project language describes $PRESA as "your harvest" and refers to "redeeming for physical product." The Legal Notice governs this description: a burn is a symbolic request, not a purchase, entitlement to merchandise, or guarantee of a gift. In-person availability and staff approval apply.
The described design does not offer a direct exchange of $PRESA into $BAJA. Acquiring additional $BAJA would require a separate SOL-based transaction where supported. No automatic conversion or earnings route is promised.

The Real Mechanics — The Huerto Cycle
01 · Feed the Beast — $BAJA
Buy and hold $BAJA from the planned October 31, 1:00 PM Tijuana launch. The proposed reward system requires a minimum of seven uninterrupted days of holding to activate eligibility. The huerto rewards patience in its story; actual token rewards remain discretionary and uncertain.
02 · Harvest — $PRESA
The first $PRESA airdrop is planned for November 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM Tijuana time, followed by a proposed weekly cycle. Up to ten qualifying Nido positions can be eligible for distributions. If a wallet no longer ranks among them, it ceases to qualify for that cycle. Snapshot verification is described at Ensenada.sol.site ↗; actual snapshot data and methodology were not supplied for independent verification.
03 · Cultivate — $PRESA
The project's three narrative paths are:
- Burn $PRESA to request an available in-person gift, discount or limited-drop opportunity under the Legal Notice.
- Separately acquire more $BAJA using SOL, if supported, to potentially alter Nido eligibility. There is no direct $PRESA-for-$BAJA swap.
- Keep $PRESA as a collectible, recognizing that holding it does not guarantee appreciation, future utility or continuing access.
04 · Exit — Burn $BAJA
Under the proposed bonding-curve design, a $BAJA burn may return SOL according to the curve. Burning can change the curve price. The original marketing describes the market as "resetting itself"; this is a metaphor, not a safeguard against losses or a guarantee that participants can exit.
No audited contracts, mint address, tested redemption interface, fee schedule or reserve information were provided for this site. Before any transaction, the operator must publish and verify the relevant details.

Golden Rule of the Huerto
Lose your spot → lose your harvest.
The halcón feeds only the ten qualifying positions that remain in the nido, subject to the proposed rules. In the project's metaphor, a position outside the Nido becomes presa.
- 10 proposed qualifying positions per snapshot — not an unlimited reward pool.
- 7 consecutive days of $BAJA holding are required before a wallet may qualify.
- Tracking begins on day one of the proposed October 31 opening.
- Snapshot and eligibility rules may change, and the operator may reduce, delay, or cancel airdrops, including reducing them to zero.
The original materials do not establish the ranking formula, how tied positions are resolved, wallet snapshots and timezones, token transfer treatment, reward formula or appeal process. The operator should publish these details before launch. This page does not invent or imply rules that have not been supplied.

Essential Risks & Legal Status
$BAJA and $PRESA are described by the project as experimental digital collectibles connected to cultural storytelling. However, calling an asset a collectible or stating that it is "not an investment" does not determine its legal status. Whether a transaction involves a security depends on its economic substance, presentation and the applicable law.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's March 2026 interpretation distinguishes digital collectibles as an asset category but explains that even a crypto asset that is not itself a security may be offered and sold as part of an investment contract. Proposed ranking rewards, operator-managed distributions and promotional descriptions may be relevant to this analysis.
Risks include total loss of SOL, volatility, smart-contract flaws, wallet theft, failed transactions, changing terms, unavailable airdrops, failed or discretionary physical redemption, third-party site failures and project discontinuation. This paper is informational and not financial, tax or legal advice.
This White Paper does not claim that the SEC has classified, endorsed, approved or cleared $BAJA or $PRESA. No independent contract audit or external legal opinion has been supplied with the site materials.
